APPOINTMENT BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
Treatments can be booked in advance at the clinic or online. You can pay with gift cards or Visa and credit cards when booking online. In case of no-show or cancellation of an appointment later than 48 hours, the entire appointment will be charged.
If you change/cancel your appointment 72-48 hours before, there will be a change/cancellation fee of 350,-
If there is a valid reason for a refund of the amount paid, a refund/change fee of NOK 350 will apply.
Treatments that have been contracted with students during training are not refunded.
GIFT CARD
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Validity is 12 months from date of purchase.
